Great location in the heart of the city, super close to the main Cathedral and a bustling market 🏛️.

Also, location was prime and best possible, just a short walk away from an art museum. And we were just off museums, great restaurants and the Signoria building, which showcases a beautiful fountain and the Ponte Vecchio and the square where Palazzio Vecchio stands.

The room was nice and well-stocked, I enjoyed it. Central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen television in the room were useful.

The location is fantastic, so close to the city center and the square, with a lot of breakfast options and affable staff who are brilliantly friendly, assisting with free parking.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking good care of all guests. Our room was quite spacious and included convenient amenities like a mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea makers, and a writing table. the location of the venue was ideal, being just a short walk away from the Cathedral di Santa Maria del Fiore, Mercato Centrale, and the center of Florence. Staying in the Florence Historic Center district was a delightful experience.

The room here was nice, and it had everything I needed. the bed was incredibly cozy, like sleeping on a cloud! 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was truly in the heart of Florence, just steps away from famous landmarks like Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, with the Cathedral di Santa Maria del Fiore and Mercato Centrale within a short walk. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Pietro and the other receptionist. Our room had a nice view of the courtyard and the bed was very comfortable. the room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the warm atmosphere and good AC. the hotel is also a great value for money, making it a gem of a place to stay in Florence. The location was mind-blowing! Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all the major tourist areas and shopping. And the best part? It was surprisingly quiet! The staff, especially Simona, were incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I also loved the little extras like the tea and coffee provided in the room. Pitero was a superstar, giving us the lowdown on the city and recommending amazing places to visit. my stay was absolute perfection and I can't wait to come back!
